PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE ISSUED OUT OF THE HONORABLE, THE 27TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF LOUISIANA, IN THE ABOVE ENTITLED AND NUMBERED CAUSE AND TO ME DIRECTED, I HAVE SEIZED AND TAKEN INTO MY POSSESSION AND WILL OFFER FOR SALE TO THE LAST AND HIGHEST BIDDER, ACCORDING TO LAW, COMMENCING AT THE LEGAL HOUR OF 10:00 A.M. Being the same property acquired by Amy L. Miller from Cathleen L. Miller by Act of Donation filed February 15, 2012 under entry no. 1066045; acquired by Kathleen L. Miller from Nicholas John Moreau and Pamela Fontenot Miller by Cash Sale filed September 11, 1997 under entry no.819603, all of the records of St. Landry Parish LA.
