Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITHOUT appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 A.M. on WEDNESDAY, JULY 13, 2022 the following described property, to-wit:

A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND UNIMPROVED WITH ALL RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES AND SERVITUDES THERETO APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE SECOND WARD OF IBERIA PARISH, LOUISIANA, IN SECTION 35, T12S, R6E, MEASURING (126’) FRONT ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF DUBOIN ROAD, PARISH NO. 610, BY A DEPTH BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES OF (537.961) BOUNDED NORTHERLY BY DUBOIN ROAD, SOUTHERLY BY FISHER, EASTERLY BY JEFFERY BADEAUX AND WESTERLY BY LILLIAN P. BADEAUX, THE NORTHEAST CORNER IS LOCATED ON DUBOIN ROAD, (252’) IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION FROM THE LEMAIRE-PESSON BOUNDARY.

To pay and satisfy the sum of ONE-HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE DOLLARS & 41/100 ($104,533.41) principal together with 7.240% per annum interest from June 28, 2019 until paid, and on the second hand note secured by the multiple indebtedness mortgage in the full and true sum of $31,434.70 principal together with 7.240 per annum interest from July 18, 2019 until paid, and all allowable late charges, escrow disbursements, protection changes and reasonable attorney’s fees on both principal and interest and for all court costs.

ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST HAVE CASH (CASH PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER’S CHECK), CASHIER’S CHECK OR A VERIFIABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF SAID BIDDER FROM A SOLVENT BANK, SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OR OTHER SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON DATE OF SALE.
