The purpose of the public hearing is for the adoption of the following Ordinance, the title of which is hereinafter set forth, to wit:

A tract of land in Section 22 of Township 17 North, Range 15 West, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, lying South of U.S. Highway 80 and North of Interstate
Highway 20. Said tract being several lots as shown on map titled partition survey recorded in Conveyance Book 650, page 27 of the records of Caddo
Parish and an adjacent strip of land of the abandoned V.S. and P. Railroad right-of-way. (Instrument No. 431583767). Subject Tract being more fully
desribed as follows:
Beginning at an angle iron being the Southwest corner of Tract 2 of said partition survey of the Florence A. Jones Estate (Book 650, page 27) said point
also the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of Garret Acres Subdivision (Conveyance Book 1700, page 43), run 50°19'00"E a distance of 23.04 feet to the North
right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 20.
Thence run 583°28'53"W along the North right-of-way line of said I-20 a distance of 1410.59 feet.
Thence run N0°20'13"W along the West line of Tract 4 of said Jones Estate Partition a distance of 1010.41 feet to a fence corner,
Thence run N55°48'02"E along a 6 foot high chain link fence parallel to right-of-way of U.S. Highway 80 a distance of 349.71 feet to 1" diamater iron
pipe.
Thence run N34 degrees 16'45" a distance of 209.40 feet to a 1" diameter iron pipe on the southerly right-of-way line of said U.S. Hwy. 80.
Thence run N56°24'07"E along the southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 80 a distance of 436.31 feet to point of curve.
Thence continue on South right-of-way line of said U.S. Highway 80 along a curve (radius of 1052.85 feet) to the right a distance of 916.31 feet to the
Northwest corner of Tract 2 of said Jones Partition.
Thence run 50°19'00"E along West line of said Tract 2 a distance of 1644.03 feet to the point of beginning
Said tract containing 49.471 acres; being the property conveyed to Charles T. Beaird in that particular instrument duly recorded in the Conveyance
Records of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, on December 1, 1986, in Book 2386, page 84, under Registry Number 01119435; and said tract being the same
tract as labeled "Tract 6" and described as such in that certain Assignment and Act of Conveyance (Real Estate), by Beaird Properties, L.L.C., as
assignor, and Vendor, as assignee, recorded on January 6, 2005, in the Conveyance Book 3732 at page 23, et seq., under Registry No. 1954437 of
the official records of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements, if any, located thereon, and subject to any restrictions,
easements and other matters of record.
