A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS SITUATED THEREON AND THERETO BELONGING, LOCATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, BEING SITUATED IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA; SAID PARCEL BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT NO 3 ALL AS SHOWN ON MAP SHOWING THE SUBDIVISION OF A 29.47 ACRE TRACT OF THE CHARLES D MARTIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA FOR CHARLES D MARTIN. SAID MAP OF SURVEY BEING MADE BY BILLIE E SPELL, CE DATED SEPTEMBER 11, 1969, A COPY OF WHICH IS ON FILE WITH THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF MORTGAGES OF PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AS ORIGINAL 102829; SAID LOT 3 AS SHOWN ON THE ABOVE REFERRED TO MAP IS MORE PARTICULARY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS TO-WIT:

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($125,100.00) DOLLARS, along withinterest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
